As we explore connecting and seeing each other In the Right Light, our networking becomes purposeful, filled with meaning and passion. We will also invite you to join us for the premier of In the Right Light, a docu-film on the story of WIN.

2 March – daytime event. WIN’s annual Corporate Forum on Creating an Inclusive Organization, hosted by Shell.

This is your chance to join other corporate and organizational leaders as we explore how to create an inclusive organization. The focus is on business and what each of us as leaders can do to create a workplace where we all thrive, where everyone feels valued because we can be productive, because we can be ourselves, because we contribute with our very best to something that really matters.

How to get to that place where we feel and act that way is the question that will pull our day forward as we work together. We encourage you to join with the other corporate leaders, organizations and experts in a fascinating exploration of how we can create inclusive organizations where people thrive and businesses flourish.

We will learn, hear and share experiences of how we can connect to new ways of thinking, embrace diversity, create common ground and grow environments of inclusion. It is clear that gender balance is good for business and we will look at how to make this happen. We will also look at the role of collaboration in accelerating progress. Ultimately it is about creating good relationships and so we right there and then extend our important network of influence. Lunch is included for even more relaxed networking opportunities.

This event is relevant for everyone excited about conscious business, inclusion, diversity, equal opportunities, gender matters, women in leadership, strategy, talent management and a thriving future. It will enrich your business and you yourself.

The event is hosted by Shell and takes place in Canary Wharf, London
