Information centre

The Amazone information centre consists of a documentation centre with an online database. The service also aims to provide information on gender equality policies in Belgium.

The documentation centre has an online database which manages a global collection of documents from governments and women’s organisations (reports, analyses, brochures, figures, etc.). The collection shows the evolution of the political debate on gender issues and the development of equal opportunities policy in Belgium. A small physical collection is also available at the Amazone House.

You can find information on gender issues by section. Be sure to check out our news section for the latest articles on gender equality in Belgium.

The information centre also supports Amazone projects and focuses on freely available information, awareness-raising, current affairs and thematic dossiers.

The Amazone team also deals with information requests and is always available at the Amazone House or by e-mail.
