WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND WHY?
Newsletters and Am@zonews
If you subscribe to one of our newsletters, we store your e-mail address. This data is used to forward our newsletters and to invite you to events. Your e-mail address is stored securely with a third-party provider, Mailchimp, which handles our mailings. For the security of your data, Amazone has a processor agreement with the specialised company Mailchimp that contractually ensures the security of your data based on model clauses approved by the European Commission. We will only send you newsletters via Mailchimp if we have your explicit consent. You can withdraw this at any time.
This ensures we send you relevant information only. You can email us via info@amazone.be for more information or to subscribe to our newsletter.

SOCIAL NETWORKS
We use social networks to communicate about our events and about Amazone news in general. We also use the network to react to comments targeted towards us.

Cookies
Amazone uses cookies on its site. The data collected through these cookies are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?
With no one. Except if you have a profile on Expertes.brussels. Via this channel, it is possible that your contact details are passed on to journalists or Boards of Directors when requested. This is also why you registered on the site.

HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA SAFE?
We attach great importance to the proper protection of your personal data. We have therefore taken the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data appropriately. As no delivery method via the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, Amazone cannot guarantee absolute security. Your account on Expertes.brussels is protected by a password. We recommend that you choose it carefully and compose it from numbers and punctuation marks.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
As a user, you also have a number of rights over your personal data. If you wish to invoke any of these rights, we recommend that you contact Amazone directly by sending an e-mail to info@amazone.be. We will reply to your request as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days.
